For short-term storage, add cold (2 to 8 Â°C) 2-8 CELLsium at a recommended cell concentration of 1 x 10⁶ mL to 8 x 10⁶ mL
The 2-8 CELLsium can be removed after centrifugation, cell concentration adjusted and transferred to an appropriate culture flask with growth medium
It will keep the cells healthy while in a temporary senescent phase, unlike regular growth media, which cannot
