Description

Description

Due to their versatile application possibilities, round bottom flasks are widely used in the laboratory environment. Round flasks and the media they contain can be heated e.g. by heating hoods or liquid baths or cooled by a cold bath. However, selective warming or cooling must be avoided. Due to their shape, round bottom flasks are also suitable for vacuum applications. However, care must be taken to ensure that the glass surface is free of defects (no stops, deep scratches, etc.). The standard ground joint allows a precise connection to other ground joint components such as columns, thermometers, drip funnels, etc.

  • Tight closure due to standard ground joint
  • Fired-on, highly durable white print
  • The geometry permits very uniform heating
  • Closable with glass and plastic stopper
