GeneBLAzer™ HTR7 CHO-K1 DA (Division Arrested) cells and HTR7-CRE-bla CHO-K1 cells contain the human 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 7 (Accession No. NM_019860.2) stably integrated into the CellSensor™ CRE-bla CHO-K1 cell line. CellSensor™ CRE-bla CHO-K1 cells (Cat. No. K1535) contain a beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene under control of the Cyclic AMP Response Element (CRE).
GeneBLAzer™ HTR7-CRE-bla CHO-K1 cells are functionally validated for Z'-factor and EC50 concentrations of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT). In addition, GeneBLAzer™ HTR7-CRE-bla CHO-K1 cells have been tested for assay performance under variable conditions. These data are found in the Validation & Assay Performance Summary.
