• Connection system screwcaps for Pyrex™ GL 45 media-lab bottles facilitate the transfer of liquids within a closed and sterile system, ideal for chemistry and biotechnology laboratories
• Begin by choosing a two or three port connection system screwcap, add tubing adapters and inserts to attach tubing
• Four different tubing diameters can be accommodated (OD 1.6mm, 3.0mm, 3.2mm and 6.0mm)
• The additional pressure compensation set that includes a membrane filter with 0.2μ m sized pores permits sterile pressure equalisation
• Unused ports can be sealed with a blanking cap (4538/04)
• Components are fully interchangeable and compatible with both two and three port screwcaps
• Screw caps and components are temperature resistance to 140°C
• Autoclavable and dishwasher safe

• Manufactured from polypropylene with tubing connectors that allow GL 45 media-lab bottles to be connected with flexible tubing
• Suitable for use with soft elastic tubing that has an inner diameter of 6mm to 9mm (such as Viton™, Tygon™ or other silicon tubing)
• Bottle contents can be kept sterile with an optional venting connector with a 0.2μ m syringe filter
• The top angled connectors prevent kinks in the tubing
• Screw cap can be removed without the need to remove the tubing as the centre rotates freely
