The Neon™ Transfection System 10 μL Kit is designed specifically for use with the MPK5000. Use this kit for transfection volumes of 10 μL, containing 5 × 104–2 × 105 adherent cells or 1 × 105–5 × 105 suspension cells. Cells that have been transfected using the included 10μL Neon™ Tips are ready to be washed and plated into a multi-well culture dish.

Refer to the Neon™ Transfection System users manual for protocol instructions. Store the buffer box 4°C and the tips & tubes box at room temperature.
