Manufactured by DuPont, made of continuous strong fibers of pure high-density polyethylene, Tyvek is low linting and free of inherent contaminants that could represent a risk in critical environments. Moreover, because it is halogen free, uncontaminated garments made of Tyvek can be disposed of using standard processes.
